It's always nice to have a little support from your friends when you begin
a new venture. So Eva Longoria must have been delighted last night when Desperate
Housewives co-stars Teri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman turned up at the launch
of her debut fragrance, Eva. The 35-year-old actress was also supported by close
friend and supermodel Heidi Klum. Eva decided on a glamorous navy blue strapless
dress for the event held at her Los Angeles restaurant Beso, where she revealed
her reasons for deciding to release a scent. She said: 'I have always been somewhat
allergic to all perfumes and really wanted to create something that every woman
can wear. 'So I decided to create my own fragrance that is light, fresh and
unique. I think the scent of a woman is extremely sexy and this scent will prove
that.' After months of working with specialists to come up with a fragrance
that suited her, the final scent contains notres of violet freesias, citrus
and sandalwood.
